Alison L. Stephens, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master of Science in Nursing-FNP Focus from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2020. Alison also received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing-Executive Focus from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2017, and her Associate of Science in Nursing from Central Florida Community College in 1995. Alison’s nursing experience over the past 24 years includes long-term care, dialysis, and hospice and palliative care.

Alison was born and raised in the Tri-County area, and currently resides in Levy County. Alison’s goal is to provide quality, comprehensive primary care to members of her community. Alison enjoys spending time with family, reading, and being outdoors.
