Nicole Sayers is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner. She was born in Pennsylvania but has spent most of her life in North Florida. She received an Associate of Arts in Pharmacy from Santa Fe College, an Associate of Science in Nursing also from Santa Fe College, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Family Practice also from Chamberlain University. Nicole spent 11 years as an RN in emergency medicine as well as hospice care. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, growing flowers, and traveling. At Palms, her goal is to provide quality, compassionate care to all her patients throughout their lifespan.
