Palms Medical Group in Starke will soon be moving to a new location across town. The anticipated time frame for this move to occur is mid- to late October.
The address of this new location is 922 East Call Street, Suite 100, Starke, FL 32091. All the same providers, nurses, and team members the community knows and loves will remain with the Group. However, with additional space in the new location, there will be room to grow as we continue to serve the greater Bradford County area.
Palms Medical Group will be recruiting more team members, nurses, and providers to join the mission to enhance the health and wellbeing of our greater Starke-area community.
