Dr. Thomas is a lifelong resident of Gilchrist County. He graduated from Bell High School in 1986. In 1995, he graduated from the University of Florida, College of Medicine. He completed Family Practice residency at Eisenhower Army Medical Center in 1998 at Fort Gordon, GA where he was Chief Resident. He joined the staff at Reynolds Army Community Hospital at Fort Sill, Oklahoma in 1998 and became the OFC for Family Practice in 1999; He was promoted to Chief of Primary Care in 2001. Upon completion of his military obligation, he became a staff physician at Trenton Medical Center, Inc., in Gilchrist County and was promoted to CMO in 2002. He remains in that position. As a lifelong resident of his community he states, “It has always been, and continues to be, my desire to provide the BEST, TOP QUALITY medical care to the citizens of our rural area and surrounding communities.”
