Crystal Cullen, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Crystal is a native Floridian, born in Gainesville and raised in Interlachen, FL. She moved to Gainesville in 2000 to attend the University of Florida. She completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees from UF’s College of Nursing. Crystal worked as an RN at Shands Hospital for 4 years before coming to Palms Medical Group in 2008 to start her career as a Nurse Practitioner at the Bell office. In 2012, she became the Executive Vice President of Clinical Compliance and Risk Manager of Palms Medical Group.
