Crystal Irvin is a lifelong Gilchrist County local. She spent more than 12 years in nursing, with a background in critical care and nursing leadership, before becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about prevention, longevity, and helping patients make realistic, sustainable choices that support their long-term health and overall well-being.

Outside of work, Crystal and her husband enjoy all things health and wellness and prioritize a lifestyle centered around prevention and longevity. She is also a mom who loves being involved in her kids’ many activities, traveling, playing softball, and roller derby. Working at Palms in Bell has been a long-term goal of Crystal’s, and she is genuinely grateful to now be able to care for people in the community that raised her.
