Haley Ford is a Certified Physician Assistant who recently relocated to Jacksonville. She grew up in Maryland and attended King’s College in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania for her Master of Physician Assistant Studies. Haley is passionate about preventative care and forming strong relationships with her patients. She is very excited to explore and connect with her new community in North Florida.

Outside of work, you can find Haley at the beach, exercising, traveling, or spending time with her family. She is also a devoted Penn State and Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
