Lukose Jacob is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience after immigrating to the USA. He provides psychotherapy services to different populations, including children/youth, adults, and geriatric patients. Jacob worked with private, community-based agencies and in the corporate sector as a Mental Health professional and in leadership roles while living in California and Florida.

Jacob is originally from India, and he is married with two adult children. Born and raised as a Christian and actively involved in church. He loves organic farming and any outdoor activities, including hiking and biking.

Jacob is overjoyed to join Palms Medical Group, mainly to serve his community.
