Mittal Kapadia APRN is originally from India, and she’s proud to call Lake City her home since 2008. She started my Nursing career in 2017 and gained experience in both long-term care and medical-surgical hospital settings. She earned her associate and bachelor degrees in Nursing from Florida Gateway College and master’s degree in Family Nursing from Chamberlain University. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Mittal is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and building meaningful relationships with her patients and their families.

Outside of work, Mittal enjoys traveling and exploring Thai and Indian Cuisine, along with spending quality time with her Family.
