Rechelieu Sudario, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Divine Word University, Philippines. After moving from the Philippines, he received his Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Rechelieu is an experienced healthcare professional with impressive medical knowledge and over 20 years of dedicated and extensive nursing experience in home health, medical surgical neuro telemetry, operating room, post-acute rehabilitation, nursing homes, geriatrics, and school nursing settings. In the clinic, his goal is to connect with patients and treat them with the same care and respect he would treat his family, implementing holistic and individualized care. Rechelieu maintains his credentials, which include membership in the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Florida Board of Nursing. He is happily married with three sons and comfortably lives in Jacksonville, Florida.
