Tyler Burns, PharmD, was born in Annapolis, Maryland and moved to Florida when he was 12. He attended Bell High School and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Florida. He returned to Bell High School after graduating as a teacher and coach, where he spent the next two and a half years working with middle and high schoolers. This gave Tyler the opportunity to not only live in the community but also serve in the community. He entered Pharmacy School to further impact our community in 2003. He graduated with his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Florida in 2007. After a brief stint with CVS, Tyler joined Palms Medical Group as a Pharmacist in Bell in November 2007. He feels it is a privilege to serve in the community in which he lives and is grateful for all the patients that he has served over the years. Tyler has been married to his wife, Lindsey, for 17 years and they have two beautiful children that attend the local school. In his spare time, Tyler loves hanging out with family, watching Gator sports, coaching basketball and attending one of the local churches.
