Veronica McNichols, FNP-C is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner. She grew up in Tampa, Florida, in a bilingual (Spanish) household and joined the Army National Guard straight out of high school, serving as a Combat Medic for eight years, with one overseas deployment in 2010.

Upon returning, Veronica enrolled in nursing school at The University of West Florida to pursue her goal of becoming a nurse. She served in a trauma Intensive care unit for six years, earning both an Associate’s and Bachelor’s in nursing. Later, Veronica worked for two years in interventional radiology as a sedation procedural RN. Veronica received her Master’s in Nursing from University of South Alabama in 2020.

Veronica is excited to pursue a career as a Nurse Practitioner and make a difference in her community. She resides in Alachua, Florida with her two children, husband, and two puppies. Her hobbies include traveling, camping and spending time with family.
