Sarah Rivera, Pharm D, was born in Jacksonville, FL and raised and resides in Glen Saint Mary, FL with her husband and their daughter. She attended the University of Florida where she received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2011. She has worked for Walgreens for 4 years, and at North Florida Pharmacy for 7 years prior to joining the Palms Medical Group team. Sarah is passionate about the health and well being of her patients she interacts with. During her free time Sarah enjoys reading, watching movies, and traveling and exploring with her family.
