Palms Orange Park and Fleming Island Locations Joining Forces

Palms Medical Group in Orange Park will soon be joining forces with our Fleming Island location. The anticipated date for these offices to consolidate is June 16, 2025.

All of our area providers will be located under one roof to better serve Orange Park, Fleming Island, and the surrounding communities. The Fleming Island office is located at 2349 Village Square Pkwy Suite 110 & 111, Fleming Island, FL 32003.

Soon after the two locations join forces, the newly renovated Fleming Island location will open a full-service, in-house pharmacy. Not only will patients of all ages continue to receive quality, accessible care, they can also utilize the pharmacy to obtain their prescribed medication without ever leaving the office.
